Below are the Frequently Asked Questions for PDA Handheld's auctions on eBay. Please read carefully.

Pick-up Policy:
We do not allow personal pick-up anymore due to past issues. No exceptions. Hope you understand. Please do not attempt to call us, fax us, or e-mail us for a local pick-up.

Combined Shipping:
PDA Handheld does not combine shipping. No exceptions made. Do not bid if you plan on combined shipping. Please do not e-mail us for special permission because the answer will always be NO.

International Shipping:
PDA Handheld does not ship outside the 48 contiguous US states. The only exception is to Canada, but you will need to have a verified address with Paypal. If you have made a bid and used one of these addresses you will be required to pay relisting fees as this was part of our terms and conditions.

Payment Method:
We ask that you check out either using the "Pay Now" Button on our auctions via PayPal, or money order if the specific auctions indicates we accept that option. Follow the commands and check out under the eBay checkout page. You can contact us at this page with any concerns.

If you want to pay by money order (only if the auction accepts it), please mail it to the address specified on our payment notice that we usually send after the auction ends. Be sure to include bidder name, item number, address you want it shipped to, and phone number or email address. Without that information your MO might be returned to you.

Conditions of Items:
Most information relating to the item will be on the auction itself. We try to provide as much info as we can. Questions relating to the technical aspect of the unit will either be on the auction, or buyer will be responsible for finding out themselves prior to placing bids.

Return Policy:
5 days. Absolutely no exceptions. This is 5 days from the receipt of your package. If you email us within those 5 days and both sides agree with the problem, we will accept the return. The 5 days is not business days but 5 full days (Mon - Sun) from the day you receive that item. If you request a return outside of those 5 days you will be denied.

You can request an RMA from sales@pdahandheld.com and use the subject "Request for RMA". Please enter item number, and the problem with item. If you do not do this we will not respond with an RMA. PDA Handheld pays for absolutely no shipping back to US. Please be aware of this. We want to be forward and upfront about it.

Tracking Numbers:
Your tracking number is usually sent to you at the end of the business day it was shipped on, or the following day. We try to ship out every item within 36 to 48 hours of the payment made. If we have not received payment by 8 a.m. your order will not be pulled and shipped until the beginning of the next business day. We try hard to have ship as quickly as we can.

If you have a question about a tracking number or are requesting a tracking number, please email us at sales@pdahandheld.com with the words "Request for Tracking #" in the subject line.

General Questions:
We ask that each customer take the time to figure out how to include the previous emails when responding to us. Without those we will ask for the same information over and over as we answer hundreds of emails a day. We are trying to make customer service as helpful as possible. Please be sure to include a bidder name or item number from eBay so we can best help you.

PDA Handheld handles a fairly large volume of emails. Please be aware of this as you send emails. Please do not repeatedly send emails over and over and over again as it makes response time longer. We try to reply to each and every email individually within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your email.

We are customer based and want to have you have a great experience and come back and buy again. When replying to emails please be sure to include all previous correspondence(s) to help us insure the fastest service possible. Thank you for your patience.
